At Pure Purity, we care about your satisfaction and always aim to deliver high-quality organic, pure essential oils and herbal products.
However, due to the sensitive nature of essential oils, returns are only accepted in rare cases and are evaluated case-by-case.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date you receive your item.
Case-to-Case Evaluation
Because essential oils and herbal oils fall under sensitive and hygienic products, we only accept returns when:
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a genuine issue proven during the case review
All requests are evaluated case-to-case by our support team.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To submit your case:
  1. Contact the Pure Purity Customer Care Center
  2. Share your order number, photos/videos, and explain the issue
  3. Our agent will review your case and guide you through the next step
If your case is approved, we will provide either:
  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on what is most suitable

Non-Returnable Items
Because essential oils are sensitive products, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Used or opened oils
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Requests made after the 7-day period
